No two days at The Collective at Woolsery are ever the same for Operations Manager Kaylea. From organising HR through to implementing health and safety and improving systems, she ensures everything is in line.
Starting her career at Brend Hotels in north Devon and going on to work for luxury holiday park group WLD, Kaylea has over a decade of experience in hospitality. ‘There’s never a dull day here,’ she says. ‘I’m a huge animal lover so if I wasn’t in the office I’d definitely be working at Birch Farm.’
