Sophia is a people’s person through and through. As Restaurant Manager, she looks after the smooth running of the restaurant – both back and front of house – to ensure guests have the very best experience.

‘It’s such a buzz seeing guests leave happy and with smiles on their faces,’ she says. ‘And then to see them return time and again.’

Kicking off her career at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Oxfordshire, Sophia had always dreamt of living near the coast, so it was a dream came true when she joined us at The Collective. She remembers telling herself before the interview, ‘I HAVE to work here,’ but not just because of its proximity to the sea: ‘because this is more than just a dining experience, it’s about the whole experience. It’s the perfect destination for foodies. As soon as I joined I felt instantly at home.’
