Ashley has been a core member of the Woolsery Fish & Chip Shop team since 2015. From ensuring the larder is stocked through to greeting guests and operating the fryer, as Manager he oversees the smooth running of the shop.
‘The best part of the job is when a new customer visits, unaware that we’re not your average fish and chip shop. I love seeing their eyes light up with excitement once I’ve explained the menu and the fact that we use our own meat and produce from Birch Farm.’
